What is Captra?
Captra is a web application (SaaS CRM) that helps small and medium businesses in Latin America manage sales relationships. The product name is Captra. The application is available at https://app.captracrm.com. The marketing site is https://captracrm.com.
Captra’s purpose is to capture leads, organize a commercial pipeline, and help teams close sales in one place—especially conversations that start on WhatsApp, the web, or email.
Application functionality
- Create and manage a user account for the Captra CRM web app.
- Work inside an organization (team workspace) with roles such as admin and member.
- Capture and organize leads and sales opportunities (pipeline).
- Use AI-assisted tools to support day-to-day sales workflows (features depend on plan and product stage).
- Sign in with email/password or with Google Sign-In to access the app at app.captracrm.com.
How Captra uses Google user data
Captra offers Sign in with Google so users can create an account or log in without a separate password.
Why we request Google account data: we use Google OAuth only to authenticate the user and create or open their Captra account. We request basic identity information associated with Google Sign-In (typically email address and profile name / openid identity).
What we do not do: Captra does not read Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or other Google services beyond what is required to complete Sign-In. We do not sell Google user data. Google account data is used solely for login and account association inside Captra.
